However, if you receive any goods that are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a full replacement or refund. You will be given a Return Authority Number (RA#), which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. Sizing or Selection IssuesAt bubba funk we understand the difficulties involved in buying online. If once you receive your goods you decide the item is unsuitable or incorrect size, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange an exchange or refund (excluding original delivery charges). You will be given a Return Authority Number (RA#), which is to be written on the outside of the returned package. Merchandise to be returned must be in original condition, unworn, unused, all tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a product that we consider does not meet these requirements. Return postage is at customers expense, however we will happily post out new selection at no additional postage charge (free additional postage limited to 1 round of returns). When returning items please keep appropriate proof of postage otherwise if the return parcel goes missing we will have to consider the product as not returned. **Please note that your exchange items will be held for 3 weeks only.
